PRICE: Prices vary depending on quantities and special customization requests. All prices will be mutually agreed upon with client in writing before moving ahead with completion of purchase orders. PURCHASE ORDERS: The purchase orders will be accepted from the Seller only if complete with reference number, date, PN, description and price of the item requested and if the conditions of the offer are accepted. For some categories of products the acceptance of the order will be subordinate and bound to the Export License granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Execution of the purchase order: The execution of the purchase order will start from receipt of the partial payment requested and the EUC if it is required. Should there be modifications will have to be agreed and undersigned by the parts. TESTS: The materials are duly manufactured. The Customer that request additional tests or inspections on the material will have to support costs for it. PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Payment terms: 40% upon confirmation of order and the balance before shipment. Delayed payments are not allowed. Payment modality: 40% of the total value by wire transfer. 60% balance may be required to be settled by means of Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit. All the expenses to issue, confirm and collect the Letter of Credit will be paid by the Customer. DELIVERY TERMS: Delivery terms begin from the date in which the Seller has all the following information: All the necessary information to identify the product requested; The advanced payment required; After the issue of the Ministry Authorization if it is required.
